My daughter told me about this product and gave me one bottle. i started to take a capsule per day and quickly increased to 1 per 2 x daily. I noticed an improvement almost immediately on my really stubborn psoriasis patch. I then ordered and have increased to 1 tab 3 x's daily, and 2 of my stubborn patches are healing. The scalp patch and in ears hasn't healed but may have improved a little. Considering upping the dose but working out the costs, with everything rising, it's hard BUT health and getting rid of this is so important and I have found it has already made a difference in a really short time. Diet made a difference but this definitely boosted the results. Really happy with this incredible healing properties of this insanely fast working product. Hope it keeps going, to eventually disappear this awful condition. so nice so see real skin again.
