I have been using the Capsules regularly for a number of years and have no back/knee pain or restriction. Also pain in fingers improved and a long standing Dupuytren's contracture has possibly been helped over time with the Capsules and massage so that the restriction has relaxed somewhat. I cannot speak highly enough of this product. My wife and myself have been using it now for over a year and have never felt better. Our arthritis is bearable and we can even move some limbs that were impossible to move before. Our cholesterol has never been better and has been commented on by our doctor. Our 18 year old Jack Russell has one capsule daily and he can move his legs again. Before this we were his legs as he was completely immobile with arthritis in his joints. A wonderful and inexpensive product for the mobility and pain free life we now enjoy. I have also gained mobility in my knee which was going to be surgery for a replacement.
