Do you ship overseas?
All overseas orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail Service and usually take 3 – 15 business days to reach their destination. Sometimes parcels can take a bit longer if interrupted by the customs authorities in your country.
Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order. Some countries may not accept emu oil past customs. Talyala will not be responsible for any orders that are detained at customs in overseas countries, it is your responsibility to check this before you place your order.
Please also be advised that there may be additional charges required by customs in your country from you, the buyer, which are out of our control and not the responsibility of Talyala Emu Farm. Please contact your customs office in your country for more information, especially for the United Kingdom.
If you have not received your order within 15 BUSINESS DAYS, please firstly contact your local post office and customs office, to see if they are holding it for any reason and then contact us, if you still do not have the parcel, we will put a trace on it through Australia Post.
How does the Talyala money-back guarantee work?
We offer a full money back guarantee on all of our emu oil products. Simply if you purchase any of our emu oil products and you are not happy with the results, then all you need to do is contact us within the first 30 days and we will refund your money.
How do I place an order?
Select a product category from the main menu, then add the products you require to your secure online shopping cart and follow the prompts to check out. If you’re not comfortable shopping online, we have three options:
1. Place an order over the phone
2. Email/fax us your order
3. Buy from a stockist at your local shop or market
Is your product available in stores?
A small number of health food shops and pharmacies stock some of our product range. Click Emu Oil Outlets for a list of outlets and markets. You can also order online or call us on FREECALL 1800 18 18 15. You can expect your goods to arrive within two to three business days after ordering (in Australia).
How long will it take to receive my order of Talyala emu oil products?
At Talyala Emu Farm we pride ourselves on fast, efficient service. If you’re ordering in Australia, delivery usually takes two to three business days. We send all Australian orders in Australia Post express mail and StarTrack courier bags, which ensures that we can track the parcel if we need to. If you have placed your order by 2pm on a business day, your goods will be posted the same day.
For all overseas orders, allow seven to 14 business days for your goods to arrive. Most customers will receive their goods quicker than this, but delivery times depend on the country the goods are going to and the various laws and regulations of each country. We send all overseas parcels through Australia Post Airmail Service.

How should emu oil be stored?
Emu oil stores well at normal household temperatures. For best results keep it out of direct sunlight. You can store emu oil in the fridge but be aware that the oil will solidify when exposed to cold temperatures. If your oil has hardened, gently warm the container to return it to a liquid.
