How does your guarantee work?
If there’s any product you bought from us that you are not 100% happy with – tell us and we will refund the price (excluding postage). No questions, no returns.
How do I order ?
Select a product category from the main menu, to visit each product page. From there you can add products to your secure online shopping cart. If you’re not comfortable shopping online, we have three options:
1. place an order over the phone
2. email/fax us your order
3. buy from a stockist at your local shop or market
Can I buy your product from the shops or do I have to order online or mail order ?
Yes you can. We have agents who sell Talyala Emu Oil at their local tourist markets. Each of these markets are on a weekly basis. We also have our product available at some shops. Click Emu Oil Outlets to give you a full up to date list of outlets and markets. If it is not convenient to go to the shops or markets then you can get the product via post or courier, on our web site or call us on FREECALL 1800 18 18 15. It usually takes around 2-3 business days for delivery by Express Post & Courier in Australia.
How long before I receive my order of emu oil products from Talyala Emu Farm ?
Talyala Emu Farm pride ourselves on fast efficient service at all times. If you are ordering in Australia the goods usually take 2-3 business days for delivery. We send all Australian orders in Australia Post Express Mail & StarTrack Courier Bags which ensures that we can track the goods if we need to. If you have placed your order by 2pm on a business day, usually your goods are posted the same day.
For all overseas orders you generally have to allow 7 – 14 business days for your goods to arrive. Most customers will receive their goods quicker than this but it just depends on the country the goods are going to and the various laws and regulations of each country. We send all overseas parcels through Australia Post Airmail Service.
