In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Talyala Emu Farm ships goods Australia wide and internationally.
We deliver products using Australia Post & StarTrack Couriers. Postage / shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product and your location. Exact postage / shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time frame for Australian residents are usually between 1 – 3 business days, Overseas customer orders may take 4 – 15 business days depending on your location.
Customs Charges Policy (UK & Other Countries)
Please be advised that there may be additional charges required by customs in your country from you, the buyer, which are out of our control and not the responsibility of Talyala Emu Farm. Please contact your customs office in your country for more information. If you have not received your order within 15 BUSINESS DAYS, Please contact your local post office and customs office, to see if they are holding it for any reason and then contact us, if you still do not have the parcel, we will put a trace on it through Australia Post.
Product Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer full money back guarantee on all of our emu oil products. Simply if you purchase any of our emu oil products and you are not happy with the results, then all you need to do is contact us within the first 30 days and we will refund your money.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter/specials (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all.
