The best even better alternative to Fish Oil Capsules. As I am allergic to Shell Fish most Fish oil Capsules have Shelf Fish in. I have a high reaction to the Fish Oil Capsules.. I have been taking Emu Oil capsules for along time. This has helped my health in many ways. When I had to go off them for surgery I knew about it. I noticed the difference. I have been using these for many years now. I generally only take 2 per day. I no longer suffer from splits on the ends of thumbs and fingers during winter and don't have cold hands and feet. I believe they also help with my arthritis. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from any of those ailments.
