Delivery Times

All overseas orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail Service and usually take 3 – 15 business days to reach their destination. Sometimes parcels can take a bit longer if interrupted by the customs authorities in your country.

Overseas Customers - Customs Charges & Clearance

Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.  Some countries may not accept emu oil past customs.  Talyala will not be responsible for any orders that are detained at customs in overseas countries, it is your responsibility to check this.

Please be advised that there may be additional charges required by customs in your country from you, the buyer, which are out of our control and not the responsibility of Talyala Emu Farm. Please contact your customs office in your country for more information.

If you have not received your order within 15 BUSINESS DAYS, please firstly contact your local post office and customs office, to see if they are holding it for any reason and then contact us, if you still do not have the parcel, we will put a trace on it through Australia Post.
