After taking two capsules a day of emu oil, my skin looks shinny and younger, no more join pain and my cholesterol dropped without any special diet. (Took 100 capsules, now I am on my second jar)

It has only been a week, but the oil relieves arthritic systems quite quickly while the capsules have a longer lasting effect. This product works as described and we are glad we found it.
