    I take 1 Talyala emu oil capsule 3 times a day with meals, mainly for inflammation I have in my legs which helps them greatly. Also I find my skin is not as dry and I feel better as well. Good Stuff.

    My wife and I have yet to see how effective these capsules are but they were delivered quite quickly and there was also a gift included which we weren't expecting so that was very nice.
