I first dosed up with 6 capsules per day and within 3 days my arthritic pain in my hip began to subside. I have reduced my dose to 4 per day and whilst its early days yet my pain is reducing and mobility in the affected area is improving. I have recently had cholesterol tests (pre taking these capsules) and will have them again in a few months and I will be interested to see any positive movement there. Thank you :-)

I was very pleased with the delivery, thought it would be weeks coming to the US, but arrived in about a week. Haven't had but a few pills so I can't comment on the effects yet, so only gave 4 stars, I hope to change that to 5 after I have more.
