Acknowledgement of Country

Talyala acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. 

We pay our respects to the ancient knowledge and wisdom of the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people.   The caretakers of our waters and our lands, passing down traditions through song, dance and story. 

We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
