Shipping policy

We deliver products using Australia Post & StarTrack Couriers.  Postage / shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product and your location.

Exact postage / shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time frame for Australian residents are usually between 2 - 4 business days. 

Overseas customer orders may take 4 – 15 business days depending on your location. Please be advised that there may be additional import duty/tax charges required by customs in your country from you, the buyer, which are out of our control and not the responsibility of Talyala Emu Farm. Please contact your customs office in your country for more information.
