was well packaged but one bottle was not sealed completely so there was a bit of leakage in the box, might pay to double check before shipping, I purchased after reading some reviews about success for people with dermatitis, I've only had it for a week but so far so good seems to help with the itch.

I suffer from psoriasis of the scalp and this product was great, I had instant relief from itchy dry scalp after the first wash. I also have long chemical coloured hair and I also use an appropriate shampoo on the rest of my hair so I only used this emu shampoo on the scalp. Love this product, highly recommend!
