I’ve started taking emu oil capsules as I have severe arthritis in my lower back. After only two months I’ve noticed a slight improvement but I know they can take three to four months to work properly. I’m taking two in the morning and three at night to begin with. I’ve also noticed that the eczema on my forehead has got much better since taking the capsules. I’m going to stick with it for now to see how much more my back will improve.
