After using the capsules for only a couple of weeks I have been left with amazing results. My hands are not dry, my nails are much stronger and for my son, his acne has dramatically improved.

I was taking them to help with dry eyes. At the moment my dry eye is playing up so not sure if they are working or if the condition has changed due to the weather
